Terms & Conditions for The Epic Tours
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Epic Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your booking, the services we provide, and your participation in our tours.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2.2 A. full amount payable is required at the time of booking
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations by the client must be made in writing or by the Users Area on the website.
3.2 Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund on our public tours.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.
3.4 Cancellations on any of our Private Tours have a 10% non-refundable amount.
3.5 The Epic Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1 The Epic Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
4.2 Clients will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible. We will strive to provide alternatives of equal value.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
5.2 Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The Epic Tours is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
5.3 Clients must follow the instructions of tour guides and respect local customs and regulations.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Clients must inform The Epic Tours of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
6.2 Participation in tours is at the client's own risk. The Epic Tours is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during the tour.
7. Liability
7.1 The Epic Tours is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
8. Insurance
8.1 Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 The Epic Tours is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or government actions.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of CCPC/Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in CCPC/Ireland.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1 By booking a tour with The Epic Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
